When Rep. Mike Pohanka, R-Jerome, learned Rep. Brooke Green, D-Boise, would be losing her hair and beginning treatment, Pohanka offered to shave his head too to symbolically go through the battle with her. Pohanka then recruited other legislators to join him. #idleg #idpol

Mike Pohanka campaigned as a moderate, but his vote to overturn marriage equality shows he’s siding with the extreme Idaho GOP agenda. That’s not pro-family or what voters in Blaine, Lincoln, and Jerome counties sent him to Boise to do. District 26 deserves leaders who put people over politics.
