Where these numbers come from
Committee receipts, committee spending and independent expenditures come straight from the Idaho Secretary of State's Sunshine campaign finance portal (sunshine.voteidaho.gov), pulled October 25, 2026. The newest transactions in the pull are dated October 23 and 24, 2026. Amended filings were collapsed to the latest version of each transaction. Contributions still marked pending by the state are included (46 for Idahoans United, 33 for Too Extreme for Idaho).
Idahoans United for Women and Families has reported itemized receipts since December 2024: $60,051 in 2024, $883,529 in 2025 and $4,908,762 in 2026. Too Extreme for Idaho filed its first report July 17, 2026. "Out of state" means the address the committee listed for the donor. Some filed addresses are plainly wrong (one Seattle donor is listed in California), and those are shown as filed.
Independent expenditure totals are every 2026 report tagged to Proposition 1 or the Reproductive Freedom and Privacy Act. Filings from 2024 tagged to the earlier ranked-choice Proposition 1 were removed. About $40,300 more was reported with the stance left as "N/A," mostly by Right to Life of Idaho PAC, the Ada County GOP and the Idaho Freedom Caucus PAC. It is not counted in either side's total.
Reported links outside the state filings
Government That Works PAC's own funders: Inside Political Money, Oct 22, 2026 (Sixteen Thirty Fund $13M through Sept 30; Responsive Government Action $10.5M; AB PAC $7M; $44.1M total receipts).
Gray dashed lines are not money trails. Government That Works PAC pools tens of millions from many sources. No filing shows which upstream dollars became the $950,000 sent to Idaho.
Jordan Redman's $555,455 went to 36-18-1 Inc. PAC generally. The PAC also spends on candidates. The filing does not earmark his money for Prop 1.
Too Extreme for Idaho reported a $54,500 payment to Deep Root Analytics dated Sept 3 twice: once on its September monthly report as polling and once on an independent expenditure report as broadcast advertising. It may be one payment counted twice. The vendor total here shows both as filed.
Idahoans United's spending shown here runs through its September monthly report. Its October spending will not appear until its next report, except where another filer reported receiving the money (the Idaho State Democratic Party transfers).
